Each hybrid has its own Omnia AGC and noise gate using the latest DSP algorithms to make caller-to-caller consistency better than ever. In addition to hybrid functions, Nx12 includes echo cancellation for those tricky VoIP and cellular callers. With two Program-on-Hold inputs, and two Analog (or AES) outputs, Nx12 can easily handle the telephone needs for two stations simultaneously.

When Nx12 is used with a Livewire audio network (or Axia Audio interface node), direct access to the 4 caller outputs is possible. Nx12 is fully ready for Axia Element clients, with direct control of the four hybrids from Element?s Call Control Module and faders, as well as Livewire audio input and output. A special "Line-per-hybrid" mode allows control via the Element's Phone Fader Module" permanently associating lines 1-4 with the hybrids 1- 4.

Two RU self-contained unit includes four digital adaptive hybrids, allowing for two standard studios or, for telephone-intensive formats, a single four-hybrid studio. Long-tail echo suppression helps tame echoes on satellite, cellular, and VoIP calls.

Supports up to eight control surfaces. Power for four standard* Telos control surfaces is provided out of the box; external power supplies easily expand power for up to eight. *Extended Desktop Director, while counting as a single device, consumes the power of two control surfaces.
